Physician led community medical group and a county contractor of the Oregon Health Plan. Organization provides care to 16,000 county residents and includes a billing company, a hosted  electronic health record platform and over 30 physician practices. Key integrated partnership a Medicare Advantage plan and a DME company.

Responsibilities included technology management and oversight with IT department, the infrastructure for community’s health record, medical billing support, and the claims adjudication and referral management department supporting the health plan.

Comprehensive ophthalmology and total eye care practice with multiple locations in Baltimore. A premier reference site for NextGen’s suite of applications including NextPen.

Responsibilities included improving infrastructure performance, data center and network migrations, IT financial adjustments, project and change management enhancements, system integration, location expansions, and resource recruitment.
